Brighton winner knew his “lucky number 18” would hit big
Jeffrey H. of Brighton won $100,000 on his Powerball ticket! Jeffrey has played various Lottery games for 50 years and this is his biggest win ever. Jeffrey used Quick Pick to choose his numbers but always picks 18 for his Powerball number because it was his late father’s “lucky number”. Jeffrey purchased his winning ticket at Kum & Go at 2150 E. Bridge St. in Brighton and made sure to go back and thank the retailer for selling him his big winner! Jeffrey works in road and bridge construction, saying he “failed at retirement”. He says he will use his winnings to pay bills, give his family a great Christmas, and maybe even take a nice trip up to Blackhawk. Congratulations, Jeffrey!
