Thomas T. of Colorado Springs won $20,000 on his Shimmering Riches Scratch ticket! Thomas purchased his $5 winning ticket at Smoker Friendly at 1805 S. Nevada Ave. in Colorado Springs. Thomas says he has been playing the lottery for 40 years and this is his biggest win yet! Thomas, who is retired, says he was overcome with joy when he scratched off his big winner and will save most of his winnings. We hope you have a little fun with some of it!
