Colorado Springs retiree wins some dough while picking up bread
Ruth S. of Colorado Springs won $20,000 on her Winter Winnings Scratch ticket! Ruth purchased her $5 winning ticket when she stopped for bread at Safeway at 7055 Austin Bluffs Parkway in Colorado Springs. She plays Lottery games weekly and couldn’t believe her eyes when she scratched off her biggest win ever. She is retired and isn’t sure what she’ll do with her winnings yet, but we’re sure she’ll think of something good! Congratulations, Ruth!
