Brighton winner scores biggest prize yet
Rodolfo A. of Brighton won $5,000 on his Best Chance to Be A Millionaire Scratch ticket! He purchased his $50 winning ticket when he stopped for gas at Alta Convenience on E. Bridge St. in Brighton.
