Broomfield mechanic scores big just in time for Christmas shopping

Rafael O. of Broomfield won $2,500 on his $3 Million Fortune Scratch ticket! Rafael picked up his winning ticket at 7-Eleven on Chase Drive in Arvada. He says he plays Scratch games about once a month and this is his biggest prize ever. Rafael works as a mechanic and says he will use his winnings for Christmas gifts. Congrats, Rafael!
