One man’s trash (or old Lottery ticket) is another man’s treasure
Octavio A. of Lone Tree won $1,000 on his Colorado Lotto+ ticket! He purchased his winning ticket at Safeway at 9229 E. Lincoln Ave. in Lone Tree. Octavio said he found a non-winning ticket on the ground during a snowstorm, and “the universe told me to play it,” so he bought a ticket with the same numbers. He says he is working on a project that’s going to “change the world” and will use his winnings to “get a room for the week so I can finish the book I am working on.” Congratulations, Octavio!
