William S. of Lakewood was left asking, "Am I seeing this correctly?!" after winning $1,000 on the UNO™ Scratch game. A loyal Scratch player for 15 years, William stopped for gas at the Shell station at 350 S Union Blvd. in Lakewood and picked up the special ticket. He plans to use his winnings toward his mortgage.
