Pueblo winner happy to pay bills with prize
Luis C. of Pueblo won $1,000 on his $500,000 Crossword Scratch ticket! He purchased his $10 winning ticket when he stopped for gas at Alta Convenience at 2801 N. Elizabeth St. in Pueblo.
