Get Ready. Set. to Dash!

Her first reaction was “Oh my God, really?” She wasn’t sure if the call was real, but answered when she saw it was from the government. When asked what she’s most excited about, she said while  she’s not quite sure what to expect, she’s going to “grab as much as I can.”

Her winning strategy? “Run around like a chicken with its head cut off,” because, as Christine says, “if you can sprint, you can do it!”

Christine plans to treat herself and her husband during this ultimate shopping spree. She’s lived in Pueblo her entire life, works for a home health care company, and helps care for her mom. “It’s hard, but it’s my mom. I have to take care of her.”

This is Christine’s first second-chance drawing win. Her sister helped her install the MyLottery app on her phone, allowing her to scan all of her non-winning tickets at once. While this is her biggest Lottery win, Christine has had some luck before. She won $5,000 on a 100X Scratch ticket about a year and a half ago, along with a few $500 prizes here and there. 

She loves playing the Lottery, and now she has an even bigger reason to celebrate!
