John from southeast Colorado is our lucky winner of this week's 2nd Chance Bonus Drawing for Game #176, $500K Crossword!
Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, John was a frequent flier in our Pueblo claims office, and our awesome claims staff used to spend a lot of time helping him enter all of his non-winning Scratch tickets into 2nd Chance Bonus Drawings. When the pandemic hit and our claims offices switched to appoinment-only, John decided it was time he learned how to enter those drawings from home. He became pretty proficient at getting all his non-winning tickets entered, and it paid off — he's now $500,000 richer.
