From 1pm to 7:30pm, buy $20 worth of Lottery Scratch and you'll get to spin the Lottery's Prize Wheel for a chance to win up to $5 worth of free Scratch. 

(Both offers are good during the timeframe offered or up until the supply of the free Scratch is exhausted, whichever comes first. For each $20 spent, you'll get one play.)

Borderline also offers a loyalty card, so be sure to grab one while you're there. For every $20 spent on Scratch, you'll get a stamp. When all ten spaces have been stamped on the card, you can enter it in their drawing box to win monthly and quarterly prizes. Check out the in-store prize board for a list of current prizes.
