Pueblo caregiver doubles her biggest Lottery win with $1,000 prize

Rachel H. of Pueblo is celebrating after winning $1,000 playing the Colorado Lottery's $500,000 Crossword Scratch game.

She purchased her winning ticket at Loaf N Jug, located at 4125 W. Northern Ave. in Pueblo, CO.

Rachel discovered she was a winner when she scanned her Scratch ticket in store. She plans to use her $1,000 prize to help pay bills.

A caregiver by profession, Rachel has been playing the Colorado Lottery for about 20 years and usually chooses Scratch games. Before this win, her biggest Lottery prize was $500.
