Human Resources worker excited to pay off debt with winnings
Melissa H. of Westminster won $23,000 on her Lucky 13 Scratch ticket! Melissa, who works in Human Resources for the State of Colorado, stopped for coffee when she picked up her winning ticket. She plays various lottery games often but this is by far her biggest win yet. She said she is so excited to use her winnings to pay off debt. Melissa purchased her $10 winning ticket at Alta Convenience, 300 W. Northern, Pueblo. Congrats, Melissa!
