A Denver Scratch ticket purchase turns into a winning surprise!
Lora M. of Denver is celebrating after winning $1,000 playing the Colorado Lottery's $500,000 Crossword Scratch game.
Lora purchased her winning ticket at 7-Eleven, located at 501 S. Federal Blvd. in Denver.
When she realized she had won, her first reaction was disbelief, quickly followed by excitement!
Lora works in property management and has been playing the Lottery for 20 years. A fan of Crossword and Bingo Scratch games, she says she's also loving the new UNO Scratch game. While this isn't her first Lottery win—she previously won $5,000—she's excited to add another prize to the list.
She plans to use her winnings to take a vacation.
