Denver Liquor Store Sells Winning Lotto Ticket

DENVER – One Lotto ticket, worth $2.4 million, was sold at a Lu Jacks Liquors, 30 Broadway in Denver. The store will receive $5,000 for selling the ticket, which matched all six numbers in the Lotto drawing on Saturday, April 26. The winning numbers were: 2 10 15 27 34 39.

The winner has 180 days to claim the $2.4 million prize, worth just over $1.2 million in cash. The probability of winning the Lotto jackpot is 1 in 5,245,786. Overall probability of winning any prize is 1 in 35. Twelve people matched five of six numbers in Saturday night’s drawing, earning a $648 prize. Another 671 people matched four of six numbers to win $43.

Proceeds from the Colorado Lottery’s games – Lotto, Cash 5, Scratch, and Powerball - stay in Colorado to improve the quality of life in the state.
