Purchase your ticket
MatchPlay tickets are available at most Colorado retailers for $2 for three lines of play.
Sales begin at 4:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday, and at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday. Sales are suspended Tuesdays and Fridays at approximately 7:30 p.m. for draw break and then resume again continuing up until 11:59 p.m. each evening.
MatchPlay ticket sales are final and can't be cancelled.
Pick your numbers
Select 6 out of 38 numbers for the first line of play using a Playslip, or check the QP (Quick Pick) box on the Playslip, or simply ask the retail clerk for a MatchPlay Quick Pick.
The system will automatically generate Quick Pick numbers for the next two lines.
To save time and travel, purchase up to 13 weeks (26 drawings) in advance by checking the Advance Play box on the Playslip. You'll play the same numbers for all drawings.
Wait for the drawing
Drawings are conducted Tuesday and Friday nights at approximately 7:40 p.m.
Check your ticket to see if you're a winner
Each MatchPlay ticket gives you three lines of numbers to play. Line A: the line of numbers you selected. Line B and C: two automatically generated bonus Quick Pick lines.
You can win by matching numbers on each line, AND by adding up your combined number of matches across all three lines. Line play: (match 3, 4, 5 or 6 numbers in one straight line across any of the three lines). Combined play: (match 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10+ numbers in any combination from all three lines).
The jackpot starts at $100,000 and increases by a minimum of $10,000 per draw until it's hit. To win the jackpot you must match six numbers across any one straight line.
